Discotecas en Milán/ Discos in Milano

Ahora que ya tenéis el estómago lleno, ha llegado la
hora de hablar de las discotecas de Milán. Milán es una ciudad con un alto índice de discotecas, tantas que ni yo
las conozco todas. Aquí os diré algunas de las que he ido e iré añadiendo más
según vaya probándolas:

Hollywood:
en Corso Como 15. Es una discoteca pequeñita pero que se llena de gente cada
noche. El reservado suele estar lleno de famosos, entre ellos futbolistas,
cantantes… Aquí se organizan también noches para los Erasmus, en concreto los martes.

Just Cavalli Hollywood: Via Luigi Camoens, al lado del Parco Sempione.
Antes pertenecía al diseñador Roberto Cavalli, ahora ha sido cedido a los
dueños de Hollywood. Es un sitio muy glamuroso, con grandes terrazas donde
pasar un buen rato cuando llega el buen tiempo. Se hacen también aperitivos
antes de la fiesta. Ahora que como he dicho, ha llegado el buen tiempo, la
noche Erasmus de los martes se hace aquí, para así poder disfrutar de la música
al aire libre.

Old Fashion: Vía Emilio Alemagna, también en el Parco Sempione. Está muy bien y sobre
todo en verano, ya que también cuenta con una gran terraza. Los miércoles es la
noche Erasmus y se hace un aperitivo gratuito, cada miércoles con la comida
típica de un país. Además también cuenta con espectáculos en sus terrazas. Los jueves es noche Gay.

The Club:
Corso Garibaldi 97. Es mi discoteca preferida. Es de gran tamaño y cada noche
suele haber un tipo de música, los miércoles en concreto hip hop. La noche de
los jueves es dedicada a los Erasmus y merece la pena ir. Su horario es de los
más prolongados, llegando a cerrar alguna noche a las 6.

Alcatraz: vía
Valtellina 25. Es una de las discotecas más grandes de todo Milán. Cuenta con
dos salas, una de reggaetón y otra principal y más grande con música comercial
y de otros tipos. La noche Erasmus es los viernes. Un dato importante: no hace
falta ir arreglado, la gente suele ir en vaqueros y deportivas. Si alguno ha
estado en Fabrik Madrid, os diré que se le asemeja.

Le Banque:
Vía Bassano Porrone, al lado del Duomo. Esta discoteca es muy bonita, con su
gran lámpara central. Tiene dos salas, una sólo se abre cuando hay mucha gente,
que suele ser siempre.ç

Lime Light: vía Giancarlo Castelbarco 13, cerca de
Navigli. También es de grandes dimensiones, un poco más pequeña que Alcatraz.
El día indicado para ir es los viernes, los sábados se llena de niños pequeños.

Area 21:
Vía Valtellina 21, cerca de Alcatraz. No es muy grande pero se está bien. Aquí
tuvo lugar la fiesta final de Erasmus
del año 2013, el Prom.

Armani Prive: vía Manzoni 21, en pleno cuadrilátero de la moda. Se encuentra en el
propio edificio de Armani. Junto con The Club, es una de las discotecas que más
me gusta. El problema es que para entrar debes tener listas o conocer a alguien
que las tenga.

Borgo/ Karma: Vía Fabio Massimo 1. La
discoteca está fenomenal, cuenta con varias salas, todas ellas grandes y el en
torno en el que se encuentra es magnífico. Es como un castillo antiguo. En
verano se abren también sus terrazas, siendo una de las discotecas con más
espacio abierto de Milán. Lo malo de esta discoteca es que está muy lejos y que
a menudo se llena de macarras.

Gioa 69: Vía Melchiorre Gioa 69. A menudo se organizan
aperitivos gratuitos a los que hace falta inscribirse antes de ir. Es un poco
pequeña y en general no nos gustó mucho.

Tocqueville 13: vía Alessio di Tocqueville 13. A veces se organizan buenas fiestas,
pero es demasiado pequeña. Lo bueno es que se encuentra cerca de Corso Como,
concretamente en la parada de metro Garibaldi.

Eleven Club Room: vía Alessio di Tocqueville 11. Está al lado de Hollywood. No es muy
grande pero está fenomenal. La música suele ser buena y suele estar lleno de
universitarios.
Las entradas a las discotecas, siendo Erasmus y por
tanto teniendo la tarjeta de la ESN o
Amico Erasmus, suelen ser 10 euros con dos copas hasta las 2 o gratuito hasta
la 1, como se prefiera. Están son básicamente las discotecas a las que hemos
estado yendo en invierno, cuando hacía frío. Salvo algunas que ya os he
especificado que tienen terrazas, ahora con el buen tiempo el elenco de
discotecas a las que ir ha cambiado. Suelen ser grandes discotecas a las afueras con
grandes terrazas y jardines.

HOLLYWOOD (Corso Como, 15) Small
but crowded every night. Reserved area use to be occupied by football players,
singers, actors, ... On Tuesdays you will also find Erasmus parties.

JUST CAVALLI HOLLYWOOD (Vía
Luigi Camoens, beside Parco Sempione) Roberto Cavalli was the owner, now is
also Hollywood owners. It is quite a glam place, with big terraces to enjoy
nice weather, mostly in spring when Erasmus feasts are celebrated here instead
than in Hollywood, so you can dance outside. Aperitifs are always prepared
before parties.

OLD FASHION (Vía Emilio
Alemagna, also in Parco Sempione) It is a cute one, mainly in summer when you
can stay in its big terraces where you can also enjoy spectacles. Erasmus
parties are celebrated on Wednesdays, then Aperitifs consist in a tradicional
meal of a different country."Gay Night" is celebrated on Thursdays.

THE CLUB (Corso Garibaldi,
97) My favourite one! It is quite big and use to play different kind of music
depending on the day of the week, Wednesdays are usually for hip hop. Thursdays
is special for Erasmus students. It closes the latest.

ALCATRAZ (Via Valtellina 25)
One of the bigger in Milano. With two areas, one is just for Reggaeton, and the
main one and biggest for other kinds of music. Erasmus nights are on Fridays.
An important thing: you don´t necessary need to go very fashioned dressed,
people use to wear jeans and sneakers.

LE BANQUE (Via Bassano
Porrone, close to Il Duomo) This is a very nice one, with its impressive
chandelier. One of the two ballrooms only opens when there is a lot of people,
... which happens almost every day!

LIME LIGHT (Via Giancarlo
Castelbarco 13, near Navigli) It is also quite big but not as much as Alcatraz.
Fridays are the best day in the week. On Saturdays adolescents are the main
clients.

AREA 21 (Via Valtellina 21,
nearby Alcatraz) Is not a big one but quite comfortable. Erasmus 2013 last feast,
The Prom, took part here.

ARMANI PRIVE (Via Monzoni
21, in the heart of the fashion ring) It is inside Armani´s building. Together
with The Club is one of my favourites. The matter is that you have to know
someone in their lists and make sure they are inviting you so that your name
appears too! They only allow people in their list!

BORGO/KARMA (Via Fabio
Massimo 1) It is a very nice place, with several big areas in a magnificient
surrounding, like an old castle. Terraces are opened in Summer and it is one of
the discos in Milan with more places in openair. The only thing is that it is a
little far away from the city and people are not always the kind you expect.

GIOA 69 (Via Melchiore Gioa
69) You have to be registered in advance to join the free aperitifs the often
celebrate. It is small and we did not like it very much.

TOCQUEVILLE 13 (Via Alessio
di Tocaqueville 13) They sometimes celebrate quite good parties, but I find it
is too small. The best is that it is very close to Corso Como, exactly at
Garibaldi subground station!

ELEVEN CLUB ROOM (Via
Alessio di Tocqueville 11) Beside Tocqueville 13. Is not very big but it is
quite good, uses to have quite good music and clients are mainly University
students.

CIRCLE (Via Enrico Stendhal
36) I also liked this one. The counter is in the middle of the bar and even
when it is not a very big place uses to be comfortable.
When you are Erasmus Student you are supossed to have ESN or Amico Erasmus
cards, then the fee to enter a disco use to be 10€ with two free drinks till
2:00 AM. Or just free, no drinks, till 1:00 AM. Basically these are the discos
me and my friends have been going to during Winter time, when it is cold. When
warmer time arrives people normally look for bigger ones usually away from the
city. Appart of those in town provided with terraces.
